My husband and I had a Wonderful experience at the downtown Nashville Doubletree this past weekend—both thanks to a superb, beyond-the-call-of-duty service staff and very comfortable accommodations. This used to be a decent place to stay, but lately it has really gone down. Most of the staff is helpful, but there were a few very rude ones who offered no assistance. The valet workers were very nice and helpful which was good considering this place charges around $25 plus tips a day to park. Breakfast was less than desireable and way overpriced ...

The reservation system for this hotel is quite possibly the worst I have ever encountered. Perhaps it is the entire Hilton system, but the manager at this particular location was absolutely no help and basically supported the amazing incompetence of the reservation agents that were involved. I'm cancelling my Hilton Honors membership.

the location was great and the hotel was okay except for a few things. we were mislead on the parking costs and when we approached the manager on duty she was very disrespectful and unprofessional. we left with a very bad impression. also, in the 3 days that we were there housekeeping never came to clean. overall, this hotel was NOT worth wait we paid for

My husband and I had a wonderful time and greatly enjoyed the Doubletree in Nashville. It was close to everything and the staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The price was decent. We'll defininately be back!

I found the staff to be exceptional in every way. I have a handicap child and the room service staff was very attentive and made sure he was well taken care of and went beyond normal to assist him.
