This used to be a decent place to stay, but lately it has really gone down. Most of the staff is helpful, but there were a few very rude ones who offered no assistance. The reservation system for this hotel is quite possibly the worst I have ever encountered. Perhaps it is the entire Hilton system, but the manager at this particular location was absolutely no help and basically supported the amazing incompetence of the reservation agents that were involved.

My husband and I had a wonderful time and greatly enjoyed the Doubletree in Nashville. It was close to everything and the staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The price was decent. We'll defininately be back!

I found the staff to be exceptional in every way. I have a handicap child and the room service staff was very attentive and made sure he was well taken care of and went beyond normal to assist him.

The front desk staff assisted us by heating chicken noodle soup we purchased elsewhere because my son was sick with a cold.
