Very Clean rooms, good food, love the free drinks offer, came in handy after a hard days work. The room was excellent, spacious!!

The staff at the front desk is not the friendiest around. The gentleman who checked us in didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. The manager at the breakfast area, however, was very friendly. The room was nice and clean, but I have to say the location of the hotel was kind of odd. Plenty of restaurants within the area.

The Embassy Suites Hotel at the airport has just undergone a renovation and looks fabulous. We really enjoyed our stay and will absolutely go back. The kids love the indoor pool and the full breakfast was awesome.

I have stayed at Embassy Suites in the past and have been impressed by the facilites. This Embassy Suites does not match up to the rest of the hotel chain. Likes: Nice room - I like the suite layout. Comfortable bed. Free breakfast - good food, but make sure you get up early! Pleasant atrium area. Nice indoor pool area. Small but useful exercise room.

Dis-likes: It took around 5 minutes to get hot water in my suite - any time of the day. Water heater must have been on the other side of the building ...

Not a single complaint.Everything was clean, suite was very spacious w/ separate bedroom, fabulous free breakfast-eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, fruit, french toast, made to order omelettes, lovely decor and lobby, great indoor swimming pool and hottub, helpful staff, will go back to this one when we return to Nashville.

dislike: wireless internet access was not available through the hotel for 2 hrs.
like Breakfast good;plenty of choices.

Stayed 8/22/05. No light bulb in lamp. Shower head did not work. Bed hard as a rock (like trying to sleep on box springs). Found plywood under mattress. Staff did not care about problems, just said they were renovating, starting on the 9th floor (I was on the 7th floor). Staff did not offer to change room or fix problems. Will never stay ...
