this hotel is definitely not the nicest we have ever stayed at however, the breath taking view from the waterfront rooms makes it worthwhile, we saw dolphins not 10 feet from us two mornings in a row as we looked out over the water!! also the location is convenient to downtown as well as the other islands around.

The hotel and room were clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. There wasn't much parking but the location was convenient for us. The hotel was very out dated and the free continental breakfast was a joke.

It's an old motel and it shows. Place needs gutted. Best part was the marsh view in the back. Furniture was some of the worst I've seen. Attention to detail when it comes to cleaning was less than par. Room said non-smoking but there was cigarette marks throughout the room w/ a smell. Service was very good but you can only do so much with a dump.

If all you care about in a hotel room is clean sheets and towels then this place is adequate. Everything else in the room was dirty. There was hair from previous guests sticking out of the hairdryer, shaving cream from the previous guest in the shower (ew!)and dirty fingerprints from years worth of previous occupants on every surface. Hotel was convienent to Beafort, but in serious need of up dating. Carpet, furniture, paint, fixtures, everything in room excet the beds were not only old, but in poor condition. (Beds were comfortable and appeared clean) Also a weird smell through out hotel. Would not stay there again!

The room numbers are in very small print on the outside of the building. In the dark it was hard to locate our room.

Building and room was disgusting!!! I would never go again. It was located on a gross marsh land area. I requested a non-smoking room, but the hallway was full of smoke! The bedding and towels had stains all over them. The carpet was nasty! The furniture was very old and in poor condition. My tv remote did not work. The front desk people were rude. The pool was closed in the middle of summer!

This place was beyond disgusting! I believe the department of health would shut it down if they inspected it. There were holes, mold, bugs, dust, hair, and stains everywhere!
