the facility was very dirty and uncept. the rooms were very dark and dreery. the lobby was very shabby and needed updated. the exterior patio was dirty and dusty. the location was excellent and within walking distance to everything.

Everything about this place is superior to anywhere else we've stayed in Charleston. The staff is very friendly, wonderful atmosphere,wonderful breakfast, excellent wine & cheese every evening, location is perfect. Walking distance of many great resturants. Last but certainly not least; The room - my wife loved the elegance and I loved to comfort. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG STAYING THERE! We'll certainly go back!
