The Westin Resort in Hilton Head, SC is truely a beautiful place. The pool/gounds are lovely with a great size pool outside...as well as inside. The hot tubs are located both inside and near the outside pools. There is a private beach directly from the pool area that is pristine!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Westin Hilton Head. They allow pets and it was great to get to take our dog with me. They even gave him his own bed!

It's a beautiful hotel, on the beach, lush landscape with great pools; one indoors. Their "heavenly beds" are just that...wonderful. The spa is good as well, had a nice massage there. I would go back again!

We are loyal Westin customers. We were extremely disappointed with this hotel. The bed was not up to the standard we have come to expect with Westin. The mattress was in need of replacement. It was all great. Rooms where huge, and the service was spectacular. Veiws were also really great. Food was wonderful, along with the pools. I would reccomend this resort any day.

This hotel is located right on the beach. Rooms were large and clean and the "heavenly bed" was wonderful. They must allow pets as we encountered a few in the hallway. Where to start. We stayed in the winter and it took multiple calls to the front desk and a very long time to get our heat working. Prior to booking, the pictures online showing what a nice hotel it was "supposed" to be is what sold me into making my reservations here. The pictures are deceiving.

- We had to wait about 10 minutes in line to check in, even with 3 people working the desk.
- The hotel didn't look or feel like a 5 star hotel...definitely not ...

All in all it was a nice stay,the room was smaller than I thought and the air conditioner seemed like it came on every 5 minutes (alittle annoying). But we enjoyed the pool and the beach just beautiful!

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! Great accomodations with lots to offer, no need to ever leave here! Terrific location on a beautiful beach. Great service. Can't wait to go back.
