The location is ideal. The guests of the complex are wonderful. We met people from across the US. Appliances and furniture seemed to be fairly new.
However, our unit appeared to be "under construction". The unit was too small for two adults and two children. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling and there was mold on the ceiling. ...

The location is excellent; however, we were on the third floor (top floor) and there are no elevators. That is the only complaint.

Cologny Plaza is directly across the street; very convenient with the eateries, shopping and Piggly Wiggly Market.

My family went there last year for vacation and we absolutly loved it! it had to be one of the best places we have visited. The view was amazing. And it wasn't that expensive! Our from was very clean and well keep. Can't wait to go back in june!!!

It is all about location. The size of the condo is wonderful for 2 but doesn't mean you couldn't fit 4 or 5 in. It is very quiet and relaxing.

It is all about location with this property. You could stay here and never drive your car! Oceanfront! Entertainment and Shopping just across the street! Wonderful! Can not wait to go back.

Unit that we rented at the breakers was not in the best of condition. Wall paper peeling in the bedroom,mold and mildew on air conditioning vents and ceiling surrounding them,wrong size linens for sofa bed, dirty sheets in sofa bed. Tub had mildew as well. Complex pool was not clean, algea on sides and bottom and water had a greenish tint. The only trhing good was the View of the Ocean

The Breakers aren't luxury accomodations, but the view from the oceanfront villas is every bit as spectacular as it is just down the beach from the multi-million dollar homes in North Forest Beach.
