    Baypoint is a residence hall during the academic year and turned into hotel style rooms in the summer. You can't find a hotel style place to stay for such a cheap price during these months. All other hotels are in the 200-300 dollar a night range with a 2night minimum. And for 99.00 you get a free breakfast. what a deal

    This place is a college dorm during the school year and a hotel during the summer. Unfortunately, it still is a college dorm with ratty furniture, uncomfortable mattresses, and dirty!
