When my two daughters & I stayed last summer the Biltmore had recently been remodled and was even nicer than the first time I was there about 4 years ago before my daughter started school in Providence.

WHy I like Providence Biltmore.
Providence Biltmore is the best hotel in Providence because of it's world class service. Tempting cuisine influenced by world culture, clean rooms makes one to feel like a reigning king. Next to Starbucks which has Kenyan Coffee: the best coffee on earth.
Biltmore is also next to the city hall, banks, Kennedy ...

Great rooms but valet service was terrible! not much to do inside hotel but plenty around the city, located right near mall and good bars and restaurants

When my husband and I went to check in ON OUR WEDDING NIGHT...we were told that our room was no longer available. They gave our room away with no notice. We got engaged there and wanted to stay there for our wedding night. I called the manager and wrote a letter and never received a response. I was very disappointed!
