That not-so-fresh feelingWhen we first entered our room, we noticed a strong, menthol-like scent. I assumed that the hotel was pumping in some gross-smelling air freshener and hoped it would air out by the time we returned from dinner. It didn't. Stay away from this hotelThe location of this hotel is great but that is about all it has going for it. There were people yelling and screaming in the hallway until 5am. There was no hot water in the morning for us. The check out took over 30 minutes and the staff was not interested in our bad experience. Hotel ruined our vacationWhat they say you'll get is not necessarily what you will get. We upgraded to the Club level and was supposed to get high speed internet, drinks and hors d'oerves, bigger room etc. What we got?
