The toilet ran, the shower didn't drain properly, there was laundry outside of our door, employees on the grounds won't acknowledge you, we were missing the vcr remote and the substitute didn't work properly, the food is under cooked, the fireplace stank up a good portion of the room, maintenance was lacking, facilities showed their age, just not a good place to stay for the cost...

Wonderful, I loved it and did not want to leave. I told my husband that we must come back every year at least once. You would love it. We had the Roman Tower, very fantasy!!! :)

dinner should be set up differnently. you should be able to have dinner in bed like breakfast in bed or you should have more set tables for two, instead of sittng with a bunch of other couples, it's a lot more romantic. overall the place is amazing, but if the prices were more reasonable i would vacation here a lot more.
