We were there for a high-school reunion and chose this hotel for a cultural program and also negotiated a special rate for the attendees staying in Exton overnight. Staff are attentive, rooms redone, clean and friendly. DOn't know what the reviewers were talking about. Would go back if I were travelling through the area again. Much nicer than Mariott's etc.

This is by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. I was staying at the hotel to attend a wedding that took place near by and the service and how they treated the people we were visiting made me sick. I feel so bad for them and also was not satisfied myself. There are plenty of other hotels in the area.
