Just me and two suitcases and I had a hard time moving around. The View was nice, not spectacular but pleasent. The free breakfast was great, the waffles were awesome. Staff was courteous, but didn't know much about the area. They tried to give me directions to a diner, got in an argument about who was right and then ended up giving me directions that only led to a supermarket. Oh well.
My husband was working out of town on his last birthday and staying at the Red-Lion Medford. I called at the last minute wanting a birthday cake to be in his room by days end. Susan Tooley went out of her way to get this done for me. Her special efforts are deeply appreciated!! Great customer service to me and I wasn't even the guest. Good job!

I would like to start by saying " Thank you", to your staff at the Medford Inn! I had a great time, with an easy check-in. I was placed in the back, where I requested, due to the large truck I was driving. I have to say the bed was great! Best night sleep in some time. The room was clean, and comfortable. Only negative, was door was hard ...
