Owner's give employees fake names to use with the guests!

First, we found it in the Motel 6 directory as new location. Called hotel as we couldn't find it and was told to look for Paragon. Location was next to Best Western just outside main part of town. I noticed upon checking into this motel that it now had "new management". As I waited my turn in the lobby and I could hear some kind of hollaring coming from a back room next to the office. The only good thing about my stay there was the lady that worked there was nice and tried her best to make me comfortable.
The room was shabby, cold (heater didn't work), and was unable to use the microwave, not all the channels came in clear on the t.v., etc., etc.. I tried to get a refund about 45 mins. after I checked in, but was told that they do not give refunds under ANY circumstances! Very unhappy with that place.

the people who work there are just the greatest the front deck lady is very very nice so goes out of her way to help everyone who comes thought there .If i remember right her name is tammy .

we went there the first time and room was cold...then we called before hand and they turned on a heater for us. friendly staff and still cheapest in mcminnville even after their remodeling!
