This hotel looks great online and in the lobby. As long as you can stay in the lobby you will be fine. The rooms are filthy and smelly. Our curtains would not completely close and we had a ground floor. The room lock would work sporatically, and the exterior hallway doors do not lock at all. We were moved to 3 different rooms and still did not ...

Average, I wouldn't want to pay top dollar.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/31/09
I just needed a place in central Tulsa to crash for a night, and the place exceeded my expectations, which were set at Motel level.
The room seems nice enough and the cleanliness wasn't bad, except the bathroom could have used a decent amount of work. Again, not disgusting, but still it should have been cleaner.
The wi-fi is pretty much ...

Helpful Manager

I was with a group from Kansas who stayed July 4 - 10, 2009 at this location while attending an event on the fairgrounds. Regina, the manager on duty when I check in was VERY accommodating then and also at other times when the need arose for assistance. I couldn't of asked for any better.
It was priced right and a direct route to the ...

Never Going Back

This motel claims to be upscale which is not true, i have been here two nights. The first night was fighting and screaming in the room next to mine. I called staff nothing was done about it i couldnt sleep at all until early morning from fear someone was getting murdered in the next room. The next night was the same there was actually a shooting in ...
While the room was basically clean, the bathroom was not. Luckily I had packed some Lysol wipes and cleaned the tub myself before stepping in. The shower curtain was moldy also. The sheets appeared to be clean. My biggest gripe is that we were there on business and the internet was slower than dialup. It took a good 15 minutes for every page to load, not good when the next day's business had to be previewed.
I am a very patient person, but this hotel went WAY too far and I feel they took advantage of a person who is otherwise fair and understanding.
Booking of the trip was not a problem. After reviewing their website and seeing 3 stars, I, like most, figured it would be a pleasant place to stay. Wrong.
I don't even know where to begin. To make a long story short, let's start with checkin. I had my room reserved with my credit card, yet after traveling for 16 hours, we arrived, and apparently the hotel had been overbooked by 40 rooms, which was pretty much hollered at me by the front desk staff. Yes, its MY fault for their negligence. They ...
'm staying here as I write this. Customer service staff was friendly, some more professional than others. The location is convenient for my work at the OU Tulsa campus. I have found it to be generally well-kept and clean (the towels are fluffy, the sheets and pillows are great, and the bathroom is kept up appropriately), although the carpet is ...
We hoped for a clean, pleasant room. We paid $100, and expected a $100 room. What we got was a dirty room and surly desk folks. I had a reservation, reserved with a credit card. I was not greeted with a smile, indeed never saw a smile from the staff. With help, the reservation was found and I was given the bill to sign. When we arrived at the ...
This hotel is no longer a Holiday Inn. They are an independent hotel. They do not honor Priority Club. Very sad to see some of the staff go whom I really enjoyed seeing. They made up for some of the bad things that we have experienced at this hotel. Sadly, we will not be back.
