This hotel falsely advertises that they are pet friendly until you try to book a room. It's fine now to allow dogs, but don't boldly say that you do on your website. And don't feign shock when travelers call requesting pet friendly rooms.
Pet lovers BEWARE.

Excellent value!

I love a great stay in a hotel, and I am usually willing to pay over $200 for a hotel room. This Renaissance was gorgeous, prime location, great service, quality bar, and San Souci was fabulous! Everything was so elegant and tasteful at only $119, which made it all the more enjoyable.

Luxurious, impressive
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/14/05
The Renaissance hotels are among my favorite to stay at, and the Cleveland Renaissance is one of the best. The price is reasonable considering the quality of the hotel. Indoor pool, great bar, and excellent restaurant.
