If having to leave the hotel at 1am isn't reason enough to avoid this property, then nothing probably is. I can not stay strongly enough our dissatisfaction with the hotel and its staff. While others may not post here, we are not alone in our experience at this hotel

We used to stay here when we came through Columbus, but this time has been the last. You cannot get any satisfaction from the front desk. They are working for the customers, but they have forgotten that. If the front people have a deaf ear to the customer, they will find another place to stay. I will.

If you want my advice, DO NOT even think to make a reservation on this bad hotel.

The worst place to stay in Columbus OH. I made my reservation for 8 nights through Expedia. I requested a king bed. When I arrived they give me a 2 queen bed room. This is a great place to stay. The kids love the pool and so do I. The staff has been friendly and there are some resturants within walking distance. When I checked in the man at the front desk gave me information on things to do with kids that were close. This was a huge help!! We will be back, for sure.

We have been holding the RC Reunion at the Best Western Columbus North Hotel for the past 5 years and it looks like we will be doing it again this year. The facilities are great for our yearly reunion of 200 people plus.
