have been staying here for quite some time always nice... Until now when we arived i went to check in the guy says we have no rooms so i go and get my conformation number and still has no rooms has one smoking room which he let us have finally just before i lost my cool too much stress not worth it breakfast was a joke it is a nice place just bad management !!!!!!!!

The suite was full of little bugs flying around. The lamps were so dirty,you could see the dirt on the bases of them. The breakfast was so bad,hard dried out biscuits and sausage gravy. No washcloths had to ask for them every day. Pool was full of rocks and dirty. All the other times we stayed if was great. Don't know what happened.

This place gets worse each time. We have learned our lesson, I don't care how close it is to Xavier. It is dirty and unsafe.We had a 2 night reservation, Fri-Sun.
