The AC didn't work well. We could hear EVERYTHING next door including a man brushing his teeth.

Parking is expensive and extremely inconvenient.

Wonderful alfresco dining, friendly sports bar, attentive and professional staff, impeccably clean and well furnished room. Typical Hyatt prices on all of this. Great if you can afford it!

I found that this hotel, as with some other Hyatts will not provide free wireless hookup. With a gold passport membership one expects certain perks. Business people need that access and if Hilton hotels (even Hapmton Inns!) can provide free connections so should Hyatts.
Very disappointing to have to enroll in T Mobile at $9.99 a day.

If this really is a five star, what would a three star be like? Yes, the rooms were big and spacious but for a 5 star couldn't we have had glass cups instead of paper cups and more then an 1 cup of coffee in room?
If your company is paying for your stay then you would not notice the prices for food, parking etc. Oatmeal $4.00? Coffee $4-$6.00 ...
