Stayed once before and now returning again. good hotel

I live in westlake and wanted a night away..generally we go to medina for the themed rooms..but too expensive this time around.. I will say me and my husband found the hotel CLEAN, User FRiendly, and we had a BLAST and room service (which for me was the first time EVER I had it and IT was EXCELLANT) so we plan our seceret get aways here....:-) ERiesnow44145

The front desk was friendly and helpful as was the restaurant/bar staff.The indoor pool was in the middle of the hotel and very noisy. People using the pool until very late and it seems that people talk louder around the pool, especially children. The toilet was broken and the hairdryer caught on fire. I have been pretty disappointed with my stay at the Holiday Inn in Westlake. The hallways smell of cigarettes. Children are left running wildly through the hallways at 11:30 at night, the beds are really stiff. Had to ask for more towels, more soap and a bath mat and shower cap. It all just seems a little on the cheap side. Sad because the lobby is beautiful.

This hotel needs to be maintained better and updated. Our carpeting around the airconditioning unit was buckled and water damaged.
