I really enjoyed my stay. The room was always clean, the staff was always very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was also very good. The mattresses were very comfortable.

The only thing that I would change would be the amount of handicap parking spaces in the front. It always seemed to be full. I think if you had one or two more that would be helpful.

Again this is one of the best that I have stayed in.

We called the hotel for some add'n information prior to booking online. We were told that there was no availability for the 2 queen suite - even though the Best Western website indicated rooms available. When asked about the descrepancy we were told that if we tried making the res. online the system would not allow it to go through. Out of ...

Although we only stayed one night, it was obvious this hotel is run with the customer in mind. It seemed like whenever we needed one, there was a staff person to help. Without exception, everyone was friendly, smiling, and very sincere. The rooms were spotless and very quiet. The courtyard was delightful and beautifully maintained.
