Very much enjoyed my stay at the Wilmington HIlton Riverside. Hotel has been completely renovated since our last stay here and is beautiful now! The experience at this hotel couldn't have been any better. It is in an excellent location, and the view was even better. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was very nice. It looks like they recently renovated, which is a good thing. I would definitely come back here again when coming to Wilmington.

Somewhat of a nice view of the water, just don't look down at the construction/renovation mess.
The lobby, lobby bathrooms and lounge are HOT, meaning no A/C, the beer is cold.If you want to be that hot go lay on a beach.
The room was ok, nothing special,I have stayed in much nicer for less.
Oh yea, Make sure you check in first and get a parking pass or else you will get a ticket.And yes they charge you $9 a day for parking.

Do not go out after dark. The highest crime area in Wilmington.

During the day its good. At night the crack who*es, drunks from one street over and people from the projects one block away make it risky.

Everything was just wonderful, the hotel sent a car to pick us up at the airport. When we arrived there was wine, cheese and crackers and fresh fruit in our room. They even had Temp-u Pedic beds.
