It Could Be BetterWe visited Statesville in June and had a very nice stay at the hotel. The service was good and the staff was very friendly. However, on our second visit, we found the staff a bit unfriendly at first.

Dirty Linens!!!Most importantly, the bedding was dirty. It had to be changed on our arrival. The bathrooms and the rest of the room appeared clean.
In the restaurant, there were dirty, soiled placements at three of the four seats at our table. The staff was pleasant and willing to bring clean mats, when asked.
