Clean & Exactly What I ExpectedThe hotel was very clean and the service was friendly. It was convenient enough to Asheville and other areas of interest. The rooms were comfortable, also very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was average, but was what I expected. All in all, my expectations were met.2 of 2 Yahoo! Great value, but rooms a bit tightI agree with most of the other favorable reviews. But ... Everything was done well within the limitations of the motel's original footprint. They have done a nice job of renovation, but trying to place a desk with an office chair and a loveseat makes it impossible to walk through the room if the desk is being used. Two major complaints!!We stayed here for one night and left early due to cock roaches, soiled beds, and filthy restrooms.Would not have stayed even the one night but rude management would not give a refund after 10 minutes in the room. Don't go here!!!!!OVERALL

This Was A Totally awesome adventure Ted!!Right on bill my friendI loved the breakfast, it was by far the best I have ever had at a hotel! The whole place is truly wonderful, however the only thing I disliked were the thin walls. Suited our purposeThe location of the hotel was handy to the highway, and to the Biltmore Estate. The major problem I had with this hotel was the attitude of a couple of the employees. While I was sitting in the lobby, enjoying the wi-fi service, I could overhear every word the employees were saying, as they were not whispering, or trying to cover it up. great except the walls...the service was great, friendly staff, clean rooms, but the walls were sooo thin that we didn't get much sleep. We could hear the tv in the rooms on both sides of us and people speaking in a normal volume. Perfect!Usually when people read about hotels that cost less than $70 a nite (with tax) they quickly want to know what the catch is. There is none! It was an amazing room for an amazing price! This place really is a hidden gem!
