The staff was very friendly,and the room was nice. They even called our room 10min after we checked in to see if we were pleased with the room and asked if there was anything we needed.

The Comfort Inn was a nice surprise. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to get me directions and answer my questions. The rooms were clean and pretty comfortable. It's across the street from UB, so it was really convenient for us. Breakfast was good and saved us alot of money and time from having to go out in the morning.

This is my third time staying at this hotel, I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe they had off days the other 2 times. the first 2 times were Very displeasing. It does look rather nice from the outside but step inside and it is old dark dusty and moldy. There are ants on the carpet. The bathroom fan makes terrible sounds all night ...

Excellent service. Fair price. wireless internet. Great breakfast. Highly recommended for those who are not looking for the cheapest price to stay in town. Good value for the money.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this hotel had brand new everything. The room had news bed, furniture, and was very clean. The guest service representitive were very helpful and this hotel is conviently located across the street form the University at Buffalo.
