We just spent 3 nights at this dump because of a wedding and no refund policy. The rooms smelled, there were holes in the walls, and in the shower. I have lived in this area all of my life (37 years) and made my first trip to SkyTop Restaurant on Valentine's Day 2006 and the parking lot was a sheet of ICE - nobody salted it and we nearly fell. The food was overpriced and the steak wasn't well-done even after 2 tries. We had a great view and good drinks, but that was all. Not worth the money. We could have been happier eating take-out up on a hill top.

We arrived and put our suitcases into a room 10 seconds later our legs and arms were swarming with Fleas!
We rushed outside and couldnt believe it! We quickly removed our baby's suitcases and our things.

I must say the Skytop Restaurant is excellent. Great atmosphere and great place to dine. The food is rich and delicious. Haven't stayed at the motel but I am sure it is one of a kind.

The rooms are basic but fairly large. Some stains on the door and the wall, but not overly disturbing. The entire Kingston area had just had major floods (some houses literally washed away) and the room smelled musty but I attribute it to the floods. Clean and quiet. Good value for the money. Friendly staff.
