I realy felt like the employes at this hotel put 100% into making sure we had a great stay! the hotel was clean and cozy! There was a great resterant within walking distance called the Franklin hotel, great food at a great price. This was a good vissit.

The owners made a great decision to update the rooms. This was the most comfortable bedding I slept on in years. Customer service was great the girls were very friendly. I would stay here again.

This small city has great people. The cust. service that I received from the night empl. was so sweet and and hospitable that i had to write about her. You can see that they are making great improvments to the hotel and the beds had new linen white! extra attion to detail. other hotels in area are run by city big shots trying to cut this small honest place down and that is just to bad i had a great stay request pool side.

We loved the fact that the hotel was in a convinent location.. The staff was very helpful and friendly, i have not experienced a staff at a hotel that is more aware and more friendly than this one.. The housekeeping were great, they were friendly and helpful. The rooms have been updated and are very nice and comfortable.. We will definetaly stay here always when we travel to rome new york. This was BY FAR the worst hotel I EVER stayed at! My family stayed here for 2 nights. The beds were so worn out that it was like sleeping in a ditch plus the fitted sheets were too small and popped off the beds as soon as you sat on it! Got a room late one night only to wake up to find that the toilet didn't flush, floors were dirty and there was hair on the shower walls. Clerk at front desk in the morning wasn't too concerned about what I had to complain about.
