The front desk staff was not friendly or accomadating. I was with my sister and told that we could not have a room with two beds.. only a room with a king sized bed and a sofa-bed. The sofa-bed was the most uncomfortable bed ever...not to mention UGLY. We also found old food in the bottom desk drawer, which tells me that the room was not cleaned ...

This hotel is located right on Time square. The room was spacious and well maintained. Service was good. A bit pricey but worth it.

We stayed at the Novotel during our first time trip to New York- it was in a perfect location in Times Square, accessible to everything! Rooms were clean and they had a great breakfast buffet... although a little pricey.

Fabulous place to stay really excellent me and my girlfriend enjoyed it alot. It was a nice cozy room and close proximity to everything new york has to offer

This hotel was good in all aspects. A nice place to enjoy. Good service was given by the hotel staff, would like to visit this place again along with my family and friends.

Did NOT have one complaint. Incredible service all around. Clean, above size room for New York. GREAT location, only a couple of blocks from everything (subways, theaters, timesquare). We had a time square room (room ended in 01) with a good view. It did cose an extra $20/night for this view. I read if you get a room ending in 05 it will be an awesome view. Will return.

Came the weekend of de. 16,2006 and paid 439.00 for the room. Next weekend the rate was 229.00 .Hotels should set a rate and charge that all the time. The rooms were what I would expect a 125.00 a night hotel to be. I paid the same price fot Marriott marquis and that hotel and their rooms are MUCH NICER then this hotel. Was very dissapointed I ...
