I stayed at this hotel the first time I went to New York and I would deffinently go back! The thermostats weren't the best but that dind't bother us except for when we woke up. The staff was friendly, and the location is awsome, and our room was comfortable.We had a great view of the city. We only stayed for a short weekend but while we were there it was excelent.

My family and I went to NYC for vacation and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Rooms were on the small side for a family of 4, however, were very clean. Service was great and location couldnt have been better. Walking distance to tour sites, restaurants, shopping, and broadway theaters. Loved the little diner located outside the hotel! Will definitely stay at the Novotel again.

This was our first time to NYC and we couldn't have stayed at a better hotel. Friendly staff responded to our request for extra towels promptly. We were on the 12th floor with amazing views of Times Square. Excellent location for shows, restaurants, subway and tour buses. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again if I ever return to NYC.

Stayed here over Memorial Day and was very pleased. Hotel rooms were big by NYC standards, and beds were very comfortable. It was a very quiet and clean hotel. Only gripe is that we asked for extra bathtowels that never showed up.

If you want to be in the middle of the Times Square action without paying Times Square fees, this is a good hotel to consider. Convenient location, decent service, comfortable rooms, great views. Walking distance to all Broadway shows.
Overall, very good value.

Great place to stay! In NY most rooms are small this had plenty of room and a great view of Times Square from your room. The hotel was secure and in a good location. Right next to the broadway show hairspray. Also located next to David Letterman show.

room was too small and has no view. service was good though. it's a good stay if you will be away from room during the day. does not provide restful ambience.

I stqayed for a week at NY's Novotel:

Room was run down, walls not clean, carpets dirty, bathroom ok.
No public areas exept for noisy bar
NO INTERNET CONNECTION FROM ROOM
EXPENSIVE, POOR ELEVAOTOR SERVICE, MAIN HALL 4 FLIGHTS UP.
NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
EUROPEAN NOVOTELS ARE GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY; ACCOR CHAIN OUGHT TO CLOSE IT DOWN
