Good service but rooms are run down

People at the service desk are nice but the rooms are low quality. The carpet feels sticky, the air conditioner is weak, sheets and towels have stains on them, paint from bathtub is peeling off, stains on walls. When I first turned on the water in the tub, the water was brown for a couple of seconds.

The price is also $60 + tax and not the price listed here on yahoo.

The pool is not operational, there are tree's growing in it. It is ashame that during this heat wave a nice dip is unavailable. The airconditoner in the room was sub par. The hotel did change the room.

What a dump! Extremely dirty! Under construction and not ready to rent rooms to anyone. Nothing in room worked, toilet ran all night, sink is clogged will not drain, bathtub dirty. Bed, clean sheets but that was about it. Room not vacumed, heat on in hallways when it was 80 out. Lawn not mowed and concrete outside was all cracked and falling apart. The Board of Health should close this place down. Should not allow this place to be open at all.
