This hotel is a dump. There was what looked like dried blood on the box spring of the bed. It was moldy and mildewy and clearly has never been renovated since the early 70's (which I would be normally charmed by if it seemed clean.) Great location if you are coming to visit the north and south forks of long island. The staff were polite and helpfull with getting around town. The kids loved the pool and tennis court. The budget was the lowest price hotel that we could find in this area, and turned out to be the best value.
