I found the service personel very rude,specially switchboard personel which continually tranfer calls for my room to other rooms,or disconected calls. When friends complain to the switchboard because several times, when calling me, they never heard the phone ringing but instead the line will either go dead or right back to swichboard and ask that ...

This was by far the worst hotel my boyfriend and I have ever stayed in! First of all the parking lot was a mess, it was completely torn up due to the construction next door which would've been nice to have been informed of prior to our stay.

Second, the room and bathroom were unclean, there were stains on the sheets which we had to notify the front desk person about. I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is the worst place that i have stayed in my life. I would rather sleep in a new york city subway car than in this hotel.
