The lobby, my room, and the hallway of my floor were shabby, musty and uncomfortable. Also, the free parking lots that staff will cheerily tell you are "just a block away" are all full! A charming and unique hotel. Decor is very interesting. The Grotto is very nice for drinks and desserts. The location couldn't be more central to the Spa scene and the porch overlooking Broadway lets you take in all the activity. The Adelphi is a jewel in the center of downtown Saratoga. The gardens and hidden pool area have the feel of a secluded European destination. The quality and the presentation of the food at the tea and breakfast, was an added bonus to the entire experience. The rooms are uniquely decorated with charm and comfort, including television and phone.
