The lobby, my room, and the hallway of my floor were shabby, musty and uncomfortable. Also, the free parking lots that staff will cheerily tell you are "just a block away" are all full! After spending an hour circling along with a line of other cars, and miraculously finding a spot, I dared not move my car during the rest of my stay. ...

A charming and unique hotel. Decor is very interesting. The Grotto is very nice for drinks and desserts. The location couldn't be more central to the Spa scene and the porch overlooking Broadway lets you take in all the activity.
The hotel is expensive during racing season, as is everything at that time. Parking is about a block and half away ...
