No customer service in returing phones call by manager, and no information as to who the owner of the Hotel is, or supervisor of manager. Have faxed information concerning matter and have not as of this day recieved reimbursement!

We had stayed in this hotel 3 years ago and found it to be very nice. This trip it was not so nice. Good location, but dirty. Made us feel like we needed a bath, but were afraid to use the shower.

Where do I begin?
When we arrived, a couple had been there for an hour and was changing rooms for the 3rd time, because each room was so dirty. Lobby is clean and nicely decorated. Hallways are dirty/heavi;y stained and carpets need deep cleaning or replacing.
