great relaxation!!!we loved the place. people friendly, great location, enjoyed the forest, we stayed in a cottage and it was very clean,cute and comfortable. we would recommend it and we are going back in sept. never knew this place existed.it is only 10 min. from town yet hidden so you feel like if your deep in the forest!!!!2 of 2 Yahoo! Look no furtherWe loved this place. My wife and I never felt at home as much as we did at Canyon Creek. The forest surrounds you and we saw deer and even wild turkeys right out our window. The condos are great value and the guest house is perfect. We have stayed in both . The staff makes you feel like you never left home. It is very clean and comfortable. Our favorite place in townMy wife and I have stayed there often and love it. Being on the edge of the National Forest and seeing all the beautiful wildlife was fantastic. My wife really loves the creek that flows through the property. And the Casino on the reservation was just a mile away. The rooms had a lot to offer for the price. Our Favorite Place in Ruidoso!We have stay here several times and just love it. Most recently we stayed in a one bedroom suite in the Guest House. What a treat. We were on the top floor overlooking the forest with birds, squirrels and even a group of deer for our entertainment.

Loved this placeWhat a find. Right down the street from the Inn of Mountain Gods for a fraction of the price. We liked watching the ducks and various birds along with an occasional deer.
We had a kitchen, fireplace and separate bedroom with these cute bunks built into the hall for your luggage or your kids.

Suprise findWhat a suprise. We didnt even know this place was there. We drove in because we saw the vacancy sign. Whow.. a beatiful property
with the forest right out your back door. We saw deer and duck that live in the creek on the property. The units were small but well equipped with everything you need. It is now called Canyon Creek Lodge and has been
