Been going to the Showboat for 8 years. Everyone is super friendly, rooms are great, the buffet is the best and they update their slot machines quite often. They opened the House of Blues which is right in their casino. Lots to do there. Recommend staying there.

don't bother unless you are a diamond or 7 stars player....otherwise you are invisible...this hotel/casino caters to the retired crowd...a suite is the way to go..try to get one

I have been with The ShowBoat in Atlantic City quite awhile,as far as I am concerned there is no better place, friendly caring and so close to everything, also my host is the greatest there is J.P. :)

Location: Very good, right on the boardwalk. Also connected to the Taj Mahal next door, without ever having to leave either hotel!

Room: Regular room was of a decent size. Bathrooms were great because they have marble tiles/counter and plenty of space.
