I was at the Plaza June 20-25, for a Bingo tournament. My room on the 9th floor was "well worn". Big stains on the carpet, the bathroom light didnot work, and the entire floor smelled like sewer gas.
The bingo hall staff were rude, especially the heavey set blond!!! For the price of bingo the prizes were not that great.

We like this hotel beacause it is in heart of downtown. We don't like the dirt and mold in the bathroom. the stains on the bedsheets. It's look like they didn't change the sheets. I think it is time for them to renovate and get a new look. the clenaliness is in the hands of the "housekeeper". It reflects on their personality on how clean they are.
