The view I had was wonderful I could see the Fremont expierence. It was a site. I liked staying there instead of the Excalibur. My view there was a wall.

They've got everything you need PLUS a McDonalds. No one should be weary of the Plaza, it's just good cheap fun with a shot of whiskey on the side.

We stayed at The Plaza obviously because of the economical prices. But we didn't want to sacrifice all comforts to save a few dollars - that's why we chose the Plaza over some of the even cheaper places. We found the room to be okay - average at best. It is a very old establishment so you can't expect Luxor quality.
