We had a terrible stay on our only vacation this year at The Peppermill in Reno. Construction workers pounded and banged on steel beams beginning at 6:00 on Saturday morning (!) and it continued until 8:00 at night. Although there were many phone calls to the front desk by visitors for the sold out weekend of Street Vibrations, the hotel management chose to do nothing.
I have never had such a terrible stay at a hotel in my life.
This hotel has a very sexy feel to it. Tons of mirrors in the rooms as well as the casino. Great place to bring a girlfriend/wife. Slots fairly tight....but it's gambling right? White Orchid restaurant was excellent.....and comped from my play!! White glove treatment all the way. Italian restaurant good too. Loved the faux sky...which changed colors from time to time. All in all.....I would stay there again when I get back up into Reno...
Hands down best Casino in town. Best run, costests, tables buffett and coffee house great awards programs and incentives and resonable rates. Are going to be expanding recently.

the hotel has given in to the construction, the costomer is totaly lost. The noise is awful, from six am until 6pm.The bathrooms are filthy, mold everywhere.Instead of building on they should clean up what they have.Parking for the people who stay there is taken up by the madilion card members, you have to park in the back lot. TO SUM IT UP,MOTEL 6 WITH LOTS OF LIGHTS
We went to this hotel last May (2005) after my daughter's wedding in CT. The room was wonderful, the casino excellent, the restaurants (both in the hotel and throughout Reno) were terrific. Based on the deal we got through Yahoo travel, including the airfare with the hotel, the hotel was virtually of no cost to us. We didn't want to leave, but (alas), someone has to earn the money so we can come back here. And we shall return.
I love this Hotel. This hotel features Pepper Mills famous fireside bar. Also has many places to eat and relax. I have been comming back ever since I discoved this place in 2000. Gaming is nice here too. They have a great players club rewards. The only thing is waiting to experience the new expansions and night club. Overall great place to visit.
THIS HAS TO BE THE MOST GEORGEOUS CASINO IN TOWN, AND THE SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE. THANK YOU PEPPERMILL STAFF.

Love it ,clean friendly fun.Overall a great experience always. Service and fun you can count on. Great tournaments and as a single I never feel left out
The Peppermill was very clean and my husband and I both noticed that even the waitress' would clean their assigned areas if there were not alot of customers keeping them too busy. The rooms were very nice. We especially liked the Jaccuzi Tub and the Sauna Shower. What a way to relax at the end of the day!

Their so called handicapped accessible rooms are on a floor that requires you to climb twelve stairs to access the main hotel. The only other option is to take the elevator to the parking lot, walk across the lot, and then you only have five stairs. The no stair option is to circle the entire hotel on the street to get to the front ...
