Great for families and reunions. When we come to Reno it is always here that we stay. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The restraunts have great food and prices. We love the pool and spa. We feel like winners even though we always lose money when we visit the casino.

The food was great, the slots loose, the rooms beautiful, the service wonderful, the pool to die for, the ambiance great. It was like taking a cruise on dry land, only not as crowed and you never left the ship!!

We stayed for only one night on our way through Reno and were really happy we stayed at John Ascuag's Nugget. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. I was impressed with the lack of noise from adjacent rooms.

The hotel by itself is good.
But inspite of requesting for 1 King bed or 2 Queen Beds at the time of reservation, we just got 1 Queen bed, so that was very disappointing. Otherwise the Hotel is very good.
