We have stayed at Harrahs for the last 20 years with no complaints. This time we lost over $5000 in the dollar machines and won only a $600 pot. We should have known by the few players that these machines were too tight. We will not be back.

Good experience @ Harrah's 9/13 - 9/17/09
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/05/09
Haven't been to vegas in 15 yrs. not sure what hotel to stay in on a budget. Picked Harrah's because of location, price. We had a great time staying there, we had no problem checking in. Stay in the mardi gras tower, no problem at all. Close to mc donalds...for breakfast & coffee, a whole world better than denny's! Will return to harrah's next visit, everyone @ harrah's was friendly & helpful!! Thank You Harrah's.

LOVE HARRAHS!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/13/09
My husband and I stay at Harrahs whenever we go to Vegas. We have never had a bad experience. We were put in a room close to the elevator last year on our first night. I think I heard that elevator all night (very light sleeper). I called the registration desk and was told to come down to the desk. The clerk put us in a different room (better ...
I had a comped room for four nights in a Deluxe executive suite and they did not honor it. they explained to me that it was a glitch in the system. I had read that before and emailed Harrah's and they said that my reservation was "ACTIVE". To make a long story short, they told me that the casino has nothing to do with the reservation ...

Horrible Experience!!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/14/09
Made a reservation online and was give a COMPED Premium Executive Suite so was very excited about going. When we arrived was told the Suite was not available, this was unexceptable and after a half hour of dealing with hotel managers and desk people was given the Suite. To top it off when we got home I checked my statement and found that they had ...
I thought this hotel was great. Fit us perfectly. The beds were so comfortable. Most hotels have such hard and uncomfortable beds but these were nice and soft. Clean hotel, large rooms. I loved the location. Right in the middle of it all.
Although the $40 price was OK, the beds were absolutely terrible, so soft that you can develop a sway back. Also, the TV screens for horse races went on and off. And the Manager on Duty when leaving could care less about my view. It seems many US company's treat customers poorly, which I think will only make them go south faster! I will never stay there or at any other hotel they are affiliated with again, even if it is free!

This is the third year in a row my wife and I have been to Las Vegas. This year we decided to take my mother and father along with us, to show them how fun it was. The previous two years we had stayed at Bally's and New York New York. But, this year we decided on Harrah's due to its low cost, and sill in the center of the strip. This ended ...
We have been to Vegas 9 times this year each time we have visited Harrahs. So this time we decided to stay with you. We wanted to make sure we enjoyed it so we reserved a Premium room with a "spacious view of the Strip" what we got was a 3rd floor room with a view of a service corridor. We pleaded with your agent and explained how chose ...
