Nice place with a western motif. We have plans on returning at the end of next month (April 2008)! Bet the place has not changed much.

Sad 2 see it go!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/09/07
Went this past weekend to say goodbye to the Frontier. The workers were mostly all very helpfull and upbeat about the closing on the 16th. Room was over-priced, but in good condition for the older part of the Hotel. Many slot machines are gone or turned off and the owner switched out all the progressive slots to low payouts and tightned them to ...

It should be the called The "Final Frontier"
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/07/07
It is time to see this place go down in a blaze of glory. If they wanted to offer me the room for nothing next time I would rather sleep in a tent. It is time to implode it and move on. Trust me on this one. Thanks

New frontier
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/30/07
The 600 square foot atrium suite is a very nice big, clean room.I have stayed here twice and would stay again. The new frontier is perfect for someone that doesn't want to spend $200+ a night for a much smaller room.Only $90 a night when I visited.
Hotel was ok with a decent location. Casino was just ok, Gilley's rocked, esp. the mudd wrestling Wed and Tuesday, also has bikini bull riding the rest of the week. Overall stay was average with a good (cheap)price.

New, What's New?
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/25/07
The computers were down upon check-in and the overworked staff of 2 had to handle a long line of people waiting (about 45 minutes). Somebody should vacumn between the nightstand and the bed very soon. Peeling paper and mold in the bathroom really made it a pleasure too. The beds are hard and the pillows are flat. As for value, I guess you can ...

It is a bad place to stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/23/07
There are much better hotels to stay in Las Vegas than this. I wont suggested anyone. I stayed here and their staff is very rude. I had a very bad experience with Bartender they don't respond as well as they will forget your order also. It is awful place to stay for the money you pay because it is not a very cheap hotel as compared to other hotels in strip.

Good Location, but not worth it.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/13/07
I stayed at the new Frontier hotel for a vacation trip and was very disappointed in it in many ways.
My first impression of the hotel was the check in. When I arrived, it took 40 minutes to get checked in, and there was only one employee working check in. They had a number of other employees at the desk "mingling" and chatting and ...

rundown
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/02/07
I was awoken at 5 every morning by howling pipes in the bathroom. The neighbors had returned. Little things were broken, like the hook on the back of the bathroom door. The tub's lining had worn through in places. The wireless internet connection in the suite worked only sometimes.
The whole place looks like the owners are draining off the cash and investing little in upkeep.
