what a way to get a cold shower

We will not stay at this place again!!!!!!!!! If you want some warm water to shower with - find a different place to. Telephone did not work in the room to call and ask why. So when,I went to the front desk and ask they said they had a lot of pipelime people staying there and they get up at 5:00AM and use all the hot water. I was wanting hot ...

I should of known........

When I made the revervation and couldnt get a bottom floor I should of called somewhere else. I had no towels in the room.The blanket stunk. The room didnt even look cleaned. My 2 year grandson could of done better. Maybe they should teach the cleaning game to them!!!

Owner - Very nice & friendly. Everytime we need a motel in Beatrice we will stay there. The rooms were very clean,everything looked nice and everyone their was polite & friendly.

Asked for the advertised billboard price, was told that the board had not been updated and would have to pay the new more expensive price. Decided to stay anyway since it was only a $5 difference. Big Mistake--- the room was dirty and very smelly. Went to the store to buy air freshener

Don't need hills

The rooms were somewhat clean, found dust on furniture
They should really try to figure out a way to get out of the hotel parking lot. In the winter time it would be very hard to get out, due to the large hill going to the hotel.

Inexpensive Rooms & helping manager

We can see and appreciate the improvements being made to the hotel. We have been to hotels across the country but have not found a friendlier or more helpful manager. Thanks Daniel. We couldn't believe the price for the rooms but it is true whats on the billboard and on the internet.

Great Value for Your Money

This was the best night sleep night I have had in a hotel. It is peaceful and very quite. The hotel staff was really nice and friendly about accomodating me. The best part of the whole trip was the value for my money. The rates are lower than any other hotel in the town. General Manager of the property mentioned how much renovation this place has undergone in April, 2005. I will come back again to this hotel.
