I recently stayed here for my bachelorette party, and one of the beds had a blood stain on it, through the sheet and onto the mattress pad. Service to get new sheets was horrible, we even had to make our own bed, and with the new sheets, there was another stain on those. Also, one of the pillows was very musky smelling and damp. The hallways also smell very moldy.

I will never stay there again!

The staff was available and friendly even with a short turnaround times. Many times I came to the desk needing copies for a presentation in a few minutes and they were always willing to accommodate me cheerfully. The dinners and service every night were fabulous!

My first few stays here were impressive. Over the past 2 years, the service has gone downhill. Security is very lax - people are able to access the pool area and then the rest of the hotel from an unsecured outside door. Management is aware, but approve of this as outside interests are giving swimming lessons to area children.

Very dangerous hotel to stay in. Black mold in the air units, black mold behind the wall paper, on the walls. Terrible. If you are allergic to mold this place will kill you. I can't believe that this place isn't shut down. Looks nice from the outside but in the halls you can smell mold everywhere.

Great location and parking, rooms are very nice and quiet, service is excellent, food is usually good, room service is fast. Internet connection is great. The beds and linens are to die for.

This Crowne Plaza does not recognize InterContinental Hotels deals and perqs. The rooms are a bit pricey, but I still stay there at least 4 times a year.

My husband and I stayed here several times. The hotel has always been clean and the rooms are spacious and quiet. The pool area is showing its age, but is well maintained. We would definitely stay here again as long as we get a good rate.
