Very nice hotel GREAT location, only downfall is no indoor pool, but there is an outdoor, too bad we stayed in winter :( We knew it was close to Union Station but not INSIDE union station. Very great location! Walking distance to shopping, excellent dining, and can see arch from hotel. Would definitely recommend as a couple's weekend getaway!! Very nice hotel!

As far as hotel restaraunts goes it was OK, but it was no Mayfair Bar and Grill!

This was a marvelous hotel for staying visitng or entertainng visituing guests to St Louis. Its in the down town area very close to all the action.
I did however find the usual culpert. A set of lenin that did nt look clean. I requested a new set however and it was done in a very timely manner. Also the staff to include the maid service was very hospitalbe and showed excelent customer service skills.a

This hotel gives you a wonderful st louis experience and you might possibly get a glimpse at someone famouse when visiting. This hotel is very pretty and very clean which I am impressed.

no dislikes all very professional. when arriving we were met with a friendly smile and service was very good. after we got settled in our room we were called to make sure every thing was ok in .our room
