Our second visit to the Hyatt. 8 years ago we swore never to return. Can't believe the wonderful additions to Union Station in the past few years. Our 6 year old was fascinated. Excellent room in the Garden area. Could have better service but rates & atmosphere are great. Great place to stay for a Rams game, zoo & city museum.

We stayed at the Hyatt during the last week in August. The hotel staff we dealt with obviously have absolute confidence in maintaining their employment status. The service we received was lousy. Their lack of interest was only topped by their lack of enthusiasm. I am sure there are many excellent places to stay in the St. Louis area. I will certainly look elsewhere next time I am booking lodging in that area.

My wife and I stayed here recently. Although this hotel might have been nice years ago, this is no longer the case. The room and hallway were smelly. The entrance to the hotel was filthy. Although the lobby is a magnificient space, it was empty. The adjacent shops were not attractive as well.

We stay here every year for a collegiate United Nations conference, and it's a great place to stay. It's SO beautiful! The rooms are beautiful--very up-scale for college students to be staying in, I have to say!

The room was very comfortable. The beds were amazing. The service was excellent. The bartender was extremely friendly. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend. The only wish was that we were closer to Laclede's Landing.
