It was nice to have the mall connected. It was nice conference rooms were all together. I was disappointed that there was no refrigerator, and that internet and breakfest were not included. It seems like everything extra was more money. Also alot of walking. Otherwise staff was very helpful and friendly

I was amazed at the way my family was treated this place is very family friendly. I would recomend this place to all my friends. The only thing I didn't like was there was no coffemaker in my room everything else was superb. We will denfinetly be back.

The Hyatt Regency is not at all what I expected. Its supposed to be a 4 star hotel. The service was excellent. The architecture of the hotel was well worth the trip. The cost of the room was reasonable considering the convenience of shopping and restaurants nearby. It was a very convient location. It's location is close to the major tourist spots... the arch, the zoo, and Grant's Farm. Will definately go back again.
