This place rates with 1 of the worst hotels I have ever been in. The outside temp was 102, the inside temp was probably 112. None of the AC room units work properly, even the lobby is a furnace. We had a very clean King Bed room that was very roomy. we paid $54.95/night and this hotel could compete against the ones that go for $100/night. It is a GREAT VALUE! Easy to find and very convenient if you are going to a Royals or Chiefs game. The restaurant downstairs serves a fairly decent breakfast buffet, and the indoor pool is nice.

All of the windows on all balconies were extremely dirty and very noticeable when pulling into the parking lot and even more so once inside our rooms.The rooms were in need of refurbishing. Drapes old and dirty looking, furniture quite marred, etc.
