What's that smell?The lobby was nice, thats about it! The help at the check-in was nice but very unorganized. As we were walking down the hall to our room the smell was horrible. Not a family place. I would not recomend this hotel!OVERALL

Not what I expected, but OK.Well, from the pictures online I thought it would definately live up to its name! However, when we got there, we were totally deceived by the lobby area. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!Took eleven students to a conference there earlier this week. We had to be there by 8:30 a.m. for conference activities. We were told that check in was at 3:00 p.m., but they gave us one room to put all of our luggage in. When reservations were made 3 weeks earlier we asked for non-smoking. WE ENJOY STAYING THEIR.THE LIKE IS THE LOCATION, CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH BOTH FRONT DESK AND HOUSEKEEPING,A RESTAURANT IN THE HOTEL AND A NICE VALUE WHEN YOU ARIVAL.

never againno one addressed my complaints. Was there on a family reunion.I asked for no smoking, it smelled like someone just finish smoking.The iron kept leaking, I called 3 times before anyone finally came.
