NightmareI made reservations online for a king whirlpool suite. Sounded nice. Looked nice. WRONG! The room was a cracker box! The whirlpool was in the shower! I have never asked to trade rooms before, but we did that night. When we asked for a change, there wasn't anything else and the girl at the desk was none too helpful. We'll be back again and again!The staff was very accomodating and pleasant to work with. We will stay with them again.
