    I made reservations online for a king whirlpool suite. Sounded nice. Looked nice. WRONG! The room was a cracker box! The whirlpool was in the shower! I have never asked to trade rooms before, but we did that night. When we asked for a change, there wasn't anything else and the girl at the desk was none too helpful. There was mold in the shower ...

    The staff was very accomodating and pleasant to work with. We will stay with them again. We have a small child, and they were super for getting us a room on the main floor close to the door and breakfast area.
